Healthy Food!

Tips for healthy food when you do workout and want to stay fit.

*Ägg* Egg 1-2
Spenat* Spenash roast/boild
Hårdbröd*Cornbread 5-10 bites
Bönor*Beans with lettuce boild
Fullkorn* Whole Grains bread,flakes
*Kål*Cabbage boild or roast in owen with meat
*Vilt kött* Wild Meat http://www.vrenaviltslakteri.se/  http://www.wildmeat.co.uk/
*Aloe Vera Juice 1 glas


Soup is very good homemaid soup:
My Recipe its simple and delicous


1-2 flesh bouillon
1-2 litre water
1 carrots
1 half cabbage sliced
4-5 potatoes
1 red onion sliced
1 Sliced Turnip


salt n pepper


Prepare all the ingredients in one pan boild up with the water for a 20-30 minutes at medium heat.


Add with 2 spoon of creme fraiche
Enjoy It!!!
